Thank you for attending Restaurant Tales
Mankato Mosaic's "Restaurant Tales" are four short plays performed in area restaurants near you: Two comedies to make
you laugh and two dramas to give you food for thought.
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the run.
The plays include: The Interview, by Jan Hughes. Directed by Erik Nelson. Summary: Two restaurant
"managers" have to interview candidates for a new waitress. And though the candidate isn't quite the right fit, the pressure
of the boss looms for them to hire his relative. Honesty on the Record
by Greg Abbott. Directed by Audrey Rehwaldt. Summary: Jack has to decide whether to tell a woman he loves that her old boyfriend's
marriage proposal was not sincere. Is it better for her to find out on her own or should he tell her something that would
devastate her and wreck everyone's friendship. Comfort Food, by Jessica Haung. Directed by Jen Potocnik.
Summary: A man has his last supper with a person he knows all too well. Weiner Dog Worries by Ruth Furan.
Directed by Molly Smith. Summary: Trouble comes to the life of Milo when the Human brings a new, younger weiner dog to live
with them.
